Use once a week, preferably overnight.
Brush the hair through gently, distribute the oil along the scalp and massage in. You can also pop some of the oil in your mid-lengths and ends. Plait your hair loosely with a silk scrunchie and sleep on a silk pillow case, wash your hair the following morning.
